All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. This policy applies to all handcrafted saris and holiday attire, which are crafted with care and attention to detail.

To initiate a return, customers are required to contact our customer service team via email or phone. Upon approval, customers will receive a return authorization number, which must be included with the returned items. Returns sent without this authorization will not be processed.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items, unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid shipping label.

Once the returned items are received and inspected, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and only the cost of the items will be refunded.

Exchanges are not directly facilitated; however, customers may return the original item and place a new order for the desired product. This ensures that customers receive the correct item in a timely manner.
